Design Process

1. Contact Us!

The first step is to contact us to share your project needs.  We’ll ask you questions about your event, your style, favorite colors, whether you want a picture included, what shapes you like or don’t like, and anything else important. 

2. Inviting Memories Goes Shopping for YOU

After we get all of your information, we’ll start the process to create the invitation or announcement of your dreams!  We don’t stock a lot of papers—we shop for each job separately.  We’ll put together ideas and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

3. Proofs

Depending on your location, we offer different types of proofs.  We will email you a digital proof of the layout.  If you would like a physical proof mailed to you, we will be happy to do so for a nominal fee.   To ensure perfection, we will email up to 3 digital proofs, as needed. 

4. You approve it—We produce it

Once you approve the proof in writing (email is great), and full payment is received, we’ll start the production.  Depending on quantity needed, your product will be mailed in 2-5 business days from the date of approval (NOT the date originally ordered).
